So, I’m not one for committing to New Year’s Resolutions that I know I’m not going to stick to. For example, I’m not going to begin a 2 week, smoothie-only diet because I know full well I won’t be able to do it. Do I have a defeatist attitude? No. I’m just plain realistic.
This attitude however has sparked an easy diet challenge that I’m going to follow for 10 weeks so that I can get used to smoothies for actual meals. The challenge? 10 weeks, every Wednesday night, blend my own smoothie and call that dinner.
